Life can be challenging for many of us. One in five Canadians will experience a mental health concern or disability in any given year.

Mental health issues are the leading cause of workplace disability in Canada. Depression and anxiety result in more workdays lost than any other medical condition.

In Ontario alone, the disease burden of mental illness and addiction is 1.5 times higher than all cancers put together and more than 7 times that of all infectious diseases.

Yet, YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DON’T HAVE TO FACE THESE CHALLENGES ALONE.

We have a variety of counselling options to meet you and your needs, including Walk-In Wellness options Monday to Friday each week:

Monday              =   5:30-7:00pm Wellness Group Session

Tuesday      = 12:00-8:00pm Walk-in Counselling Clinic

Wednesday        =  2:00 – 3:30pm Wellness Group Session

Thursday            = 10:00-11:30am Wellness Group Session

Friday           =  9:00am-5:00pm Walk-in Counselling Clinic

FSWE offers compassionate and non-judgmental support for all individuals, their partners, couples, family members (including children and youth) and caregivers as people work through concerns and develop new coping skills to build hope and self-resiliency.
