Family Services Windsor-Essex is committed to delivering quality service while ensuring a safe and healthy environment to our clients, staff, volunteers and visitors. To do this, we are operating under guidelines issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Ontario Ministry of Health, and the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit.

We are available for counselling appointments:

  • Secure Online video
  • (Limited) In-person

You can also speak to a mental health professional for free by calling the Windsor-Essex Counselling Support Line at 1-877-451-1055 or 519-946-3277.
